Lead Carpenter
We are currently looking for an experienced carpenter to join our growing and dynamic team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· framing and finishing
· windows/door installation
· light millwork and carpentry repairs
· able to work from blueprint plans and schedules
· able to complete hands-on tasks related to renovations and home improvement
· able to coordinate construction work and lead teams on various job sites as needed
· have solid background, skills and carpentry experience,
· a strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service
· ability to supervise subcontractors
· positive attitude, team player, punctual and able to follow direction
· safety conscious and adheres to all protocols that create safe working practices as set out by WCB and client specific standards
MUST HAVE:
· basic tools (belt, hammer, level) and PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat)
· 3 references (non-personal)
Competitive Hourly Wage based on experience
Schedule:
- Mon – Fri
- 8-hour shift
- occasional weekend

General Labourer
We are currently looking for a general labourer to assist us with various construction projects
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- duties as assigned by lead carpenter
- working outside/inside construction sites or private homes
- cleaning and preparing site for carpenters
- shoveling, digging, backfilling
- loading and unloading materials and equipment
- assisting other construction tradesmen as needed
- strong work ethic and reliability record
- physically fit, able to perform repeat tasks
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience in the construction industry is appreciated but not necessary.
18 years or older
- Competitive Hourly Wage
- Schedule: Mon – Fri
- 8-hour shift, occasional weekend
